“This letter is to share Woodbridge School District’s experience with working with K12 Systems Change Solution to implement the action associated with the Reimagining Professional Learning Grant. The focus for this grant is to improve teacher’s instructional practice while learning and using innovative methods, collecting and analyzing data, and developing a robust plan to effectively implement the strategies. K12 SCS collaborated with our system to conduct a needs analysis of both teacher and student performance, and classroom observation data to establish our professional learning needs for the school year. As a result of the needs assessment, K12 SCS developed a HighQuality Tier 1 Fidelity Tool to accurately collect data on implementation. We collaboratively worked with K12 SCS to collect data using the following methods: classroom observations, teacher and student interviews, document reviews, teacher self-assessments, and surveys.”
