Our grant evaluation services focus on ensuring funder compliance, monitoring project implementation, and evaluating project success compared to program gaps and weaknesses. We utilize digital tracking and reporting tools to make collection accurate and easy, as well as giving us access to complete data for analysis. We are available for conference calls and email support throughout the project period and often make site visits to meet and discuss the evaluation with the project team. Our team employs both formative and summative evaluation methods to measure the achievement of objectives and outcomes.

K12 Systems Change Solutions will research, evaluate, and identify evidence-based reading, mathematics, science, or social studies curriculum and/or intervention programs to help you find the program that best suits your needs. We use the most reliable sources to evaluate the effectiveness of programs aligned to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requirements for evidence-based programs. We will collaborate with you to assess the need, fit, capacity, resources, and evidence necessary to improve outcomes for students in your schools. We will take the headache out of the exploration stage of implementation and do the heavy lifting for you.

We work closely with state and local education agencies to define and develop methods to measure the implementation fidelity of programs or products. We ensure that programs and products that the education agency has invested in are ‘teachable, learnable, doable, and readily assessed in practice.’
Fidelity tools include observational walkthrough tools or more comprehensive fidelity assessments that use a variety of evidence including interviews, surveys, document reviews, and student work samples.
We also offer beta testing services to test and refine the tools we develop with selected clients. Beta testing includes on-site or virtual data collection planning, analysis and action planning with clients using the developed fidelity tools.
